The Council seeks to appoint a Contractor to provide a weekly newspaper publication service capable of hosting statutory notices on an exclusive basis and other Council advertising on a non-exclusive basis.
The Contractor will provide a borough-wide newspaper with audited distribution, digital access and accessible formats, ensuring that statutory publication requirements are met while supporting the Council's communication objectives and delivering value for money.
