The design and print service contract is managed by Corporate Communications Service on behalf of the Council. The services are made accessible to all team across the directorates. This is achieved by working with both the corporate communications team and officers within directorates who self-serve for art-working and print requirements. The current contract is provided in two lots, and this is required in the new contract: • Lot 1: Design and print – This consist of art working, design, concept work and print services. • Lot 2: Reprographic. The Repro lot is for print documents which require short turnaround delivery (such as any legal documents), with the expectation of delivery within two hours.
