Job Title: Founding Growth Marketer

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 base + equity
We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to build the foundations of our growth engine - the channels, content, experiments, and systems that create demand and qualified pipeline.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for someone earlier in their growth career who wants broad ownership, direct access to the founders, and the chance to build the first dedicated growth function at an AI company.
You'll work across demand generation, acquisition, lifecycle, content, SEO, landing pages, marketing automation and analytics, working closely with Sales and Product to learn what drives growth.
You'll own the early growth motion at mytender - from understanding our audience and sharpening our message to running campaigns, experiments and reporting that turn attention into qualified pipeline.
Success means:
Turn our understanding of customers, buyers and the market into a practical growth plan. Test channels and messages across demand generation, acquisition, lifecycle, content, SEO and paid media.
Build useful content, campaigns, landing pages and marketing workflows that help the right prospects discover mytender and move closer to a conversation.
Set up the reporting and analysis needed to understand what is working. Track funnel performance, learn from experiments and connect activity to pipeline and revenue.
Partner with Sales and Product to sharpen our positioning, improve the customer journey and turn market feedback into better campaigns and product insight.
