Bydd y darparwr penodedig yn gweithio ar y cyd â'r Cyngor, Prifysgol De Cymru, partneriaid Bwrdd Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Cwm Taf Morgannwg, rhanddeiliaid lleol a chymunedau i gasglu, dadansoddi ac adrodd ar brofiadau byw trigolion ledled y Fwrdeistref Sirol. Bydd yr ymarfer yn llywio datblygu polisi yn y dyfodol, cynllunio gwasanaethau ac ymyriadau seiliedig ar le gyda'r nod o leihau anghydraddoldebau iechyd a gwella lles. Bydd y contract yn cynnwys: Datblygu methodoleg ymgysylltu ac ymchwil fanwl. Cyd-gynhyrchu cwestiynau ymchwil a dulliau ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid allweddol. Recriwtio, hyfforddi a chefnogi ymchwilwyr cymunedol a/neu gyfranogwyr lleol. Darparu gweithgareddau ymgysylltu cynhwysol gyda phreswylwyr, gan gynnwys y rhai o grwpiau sydd wedi'u tangynrychioli ac sy'n cael eu clywed yn anaml iawn. Casglu mewnwelediad ansoddol a meintiol trwy ystod o ddulliau ymgysylltu â'r gymuned. Dadansoddi a dehongli canfyddiadau, nodi themâu allweddol, materion a chyfleoedd. Cynhyrchu adroddiadau, cyflwyniadau ac argymhellion i gefnogi gweithrediad Rhaglen Marmot. Trosglwyddo gwybodaeth a sgiliau i bartneriaid lleol i gefnogi ymgysylltu â'r gymuned yn y dyfodol ac adeiladu gallu cymunedol. Bydd disgwyl i'r darparwr ddangos profiad mewn ymgysylltu â'r gymuned, ymchwil gyfranogol, anghydraddoldebau iechyd, cyd-gynhyrchu a gweithio gyda chymunedau amrywiol.
