Medway Council is seeking quotes from prospective suppliers for a Winter Night Shelter. Providing overnight refuge at premises where entry and egress can be controlled and location accessible to Medway residents. The premises must have facilities, toilets, etc for overnight stays, separate sleeping areas for males and females with bedding stored for each individual client and appropriate office space for overnight staff.
