The TEC Partnership is a major further and higher education provider, encompassing the Grimsby Institute, University Centre Grimsby, Scarborough TEC, East Riding College, and Skegness College. The TEC Partnership’s portfolio also extends to: • The Academy Grimsby: A specialist school for 14–16-year-olds. • Little Star Nursery: A nursery dedicated to serving the local community. Project Overview TEC Partnership proposes to undertake the replacement and upgrade of the existing Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating installation serving the Learning Shop Building at Grimsby Institute. (Use Existing Boiler Plant) The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, design, materials, plant, equipment, access arrangements, lifting equipment, temporary works, testing, commissioning, certification and documentation necessary to complete the works described within this specification.
