Overview
Cumberland Council's Programme Management Office is seeking to appoint a single professional services provider (the "Consultant") with suitable architectural, building surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, structural engineering and quantity surveying capability to facilitate the development, design, procurement and delivery of the Corporate Prioritised Capital Maintenance (PCM) Programme for the duration of the contract. Please note that the appointed service provider will provide the full array of services, this may be through a full in-house team or through the use of trusted partners to supplement the core in-house team
The programme will comprise a range of condition-led maintenance and improvement projects across the Council's corporate property portfolio. Whilst the timing of works will be determined on a project-by-project basis, the Consultant shall be required to consider the operational requirements of each property and, where necessary, develop delivery proposals that minimise disruption to building users and service delivery.
