The Housing First and Couples Move On Support service provides housing led, intensive support to people sleeping rough or at high risk of repeat homelessness in Reading, particularly those with multiple and complex needs. It prioritises rapid access to secure, independent accommodation, with flexible, person-centred support focused on sustaining tenancies, improving health and wellbeing, and reducing returns to rough sleeping.
