The successful contractor will be required to undertake annual servicing and maintenance activities, respond to breakdowns and repair requests, and provide technical support to ensure equipment remains safe, operational, and fit for purpose.
The objectives of the contract are to ensure that catering equipment and ventilation systems are:
Maintained in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and warranty requirements;
Compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards;
Operated and maintained in a manner that maximises asset lifespan, reliability, and performance;

The contract will include both planned and reactive maintenance services and may require the supply and installation of replacement parts and components as necessary to maintain service continuity.
