The proposed development comprises 4 x 1-bedroom, 2-person walk-up flats, 4 x 1-bedroom, 2-person bungalows, 2 x 2-bedroom, 4-person houses and 3 x 4-bedroom, 7-person adapted houses. The scheme has been designed to meet Welsh Development Quality Requirements 2021 (WDQR 2021), Secured by Design Gold and Lifetime Homes standards, with the dwellings designed to achieve an EPC A rating.
